SMALL STEPS, BIG DIFFERENCE.

:D

Alhamdulillah. I’ve reached 60kg already. :) I don’t know what I did, considering how I’ve not exercised for such a long time, and the way I’ve been on an all-I-wanna-eat buffet, raiding the kitchen every now and then.

This weight loss is good news to me, Alhamdulillah :) And it motivates me to start eating right and exercising hardcore (that means FUN).

Gotta look good by my birthday. Which is about 46 days away.

I CAN I CAN.

insyaAllah.

How I didn’t discover this idea sooner is beyond me. So simple, virtually fat-free, and only two ingredients. Oh and did I mention that it tastes absolutely delicious?
This is a great non-dairy milk alternative, especially compared to problematic soy varieties. Also, many of you may react negatively to nuts, leaving almond milk out of the question. If that’s the case, Banana Milk is well worth a try. (And hey—you may actually be unaware of a nut sensitivity. I discovered mine only two weeks ago!)Banana Milk
Makes 6 cups, 52 calories per cup
3 Bananas (Be sure you’re using ripe bananas)
1.5 cup Water
Throw in blender, add more water to desired consistency. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Note: Also very diet-friendly. Low in calories and fat, and full of vitamins and minerals as well as easily digestible simple sugars to provide you with long-lasting energy.

Oooooooooh!

MUST. MAKE.

I’ve been eating eggplants non-stop.
Oh wait, matter of fact is, I’ve been eating non-stop.
:P
I’ve discovered that not eating anything after 7pm, and only having low-fat milk, does wonders. They make you wake up easier, feeling more energized as opposed to sluggish, and they make you oh so hungry for breakfast. A good thing :D
But I just swallowed 5 plates of nasi lemak for lunch (yes it is possible). :P
So my next small change would be to eat less during lunch. Or at least not load up as much on carbs.

Small daily changes. :)

Is the way to go. Instead of changing your lifestyle completely and abruptly, it is best to practice one small change, and later on incorporate more healthy changes as you progress.

Today, my first healthy changes are to
: have only low-fat milk for dinner :)
: drink lemon water
: have fruits for breakfast
